What is the inside diameter? What mounts to it? I have one like this in my concrete floor but nothing I found fits in it.

The inside diameter is 5.38”, and the required adapter is the RACO 6244 for the RACO 5511 floor box. Floor boxes are not made to standardized dimensions, the covers and boxes of various lines, or competitors, may not fit together. It is recommended to look into the bottom of the box, for some identification regarding the manufacturer, and pursue the correct adapter and cover specific to that product line.
