How do I install this as a handrail for my front steps?I bought everything that the associate said to, but something isn't right.Where's the video?

re: what is not right I am taking pity on everyone that has asked about installing on stairs and answering their questions: From Gilpin's own website : "IMPORTANT! Only Windsor, Windsor Plus, Hampton, and Salem may be slanted for steps" Those have 6" spacing and are probably built better. These Patterson's (4" spacing) can not be bent without breaking (as others have noted), probably because they are only welded on one side. Plus, if your stairs are steep, you end up big at the bottom and narrow at the top spacing. You would think the rungs floated in the railing so they can be easily adjusted. They do not! The other thing is you have to install the slanted ones 4" back from the edge, so, if you have 4" spacing ... Returning mine since I bought it to fit on stairs !
