Steel 36 inch high ornamental Patterson twisted spindle railing panel to be used in conjunction with steel newel post and Bolt-Thru fitting brackets. Patterson offers welded construction and is pre-assembled for easy do-it-yourself application. Railing panel is constructed with 1-1/4-in channel top rail and 1-1/4-in channel bottom rail; to be installed as either horizontal application or racked for stair angled application within the railing configuration.
