I need 45 degree angle adapters for this (item 346941). I’ve tried two different angle adapters that don’t work. Do you have one?

Seth, You will use the stair brackets as these are also used as an angle adaptor and can be adjusted up to 130 degrees. Item # 1439279 Model # 351133 is the bracket you will need for a 45 degree angle adaptor.
