Should I buy restricted or full flow hose connecter?

It depends on what you're trying to accomplish. For instance, if you're splitting a soaker hose connected to a rain barrel, you'd want unrestricted. However, if you were connecting your soaker hose to a regular faucet; you'd want restricted. I hope that helps.
