My HWH is set at 128, the water that comes out of my further bath is about 100-103, it takes 50 seconds. It's 75 ft away from HWH. Is this normal?

The Pump nor the valve control the temperature of the hot water, the job of the sensor valve it’s to open when the temperature on the hot side, drops to 80deg, and closes at 98deg. You should always have this temperature available as long as the pump is running. The max temperature is controlled by the heater or plumbing environment. We suggest testing the sensor valve, by closing the cold water stop valve underneath the sink, open faucet on cold side, water should flow from the hot into cold side. If water flows, valve should be working ok and may be having a different issue with pump or heater. If water doesn’t flow, may be having an issue with sensor valve.
