hot water circulating pump and thermal water diverter system

Contrary to what the previous reviewer said, you can't build your own valve out of copper tubing. The valve has internal parts that allow hot water flow to keep the temperature at the faucet at about 100°. Also, it keeps the hot and cold water from mixing when you turn on the faucet. A homemade rig won't do any of those things.

You would need to contact the manufacturer to get this question answered; however, you can make your own out of copper if you want to. Just get the fittings and copy the plastic one that is supplied with the pump. Im not sure what you are asking in the second question. The pump does have the option for continuous duty, just flip the switch from timer to continuous or open all the timer switches so the pump never shuts off. I hope this helps!
