In drywall ceiling application, do I need to plaster & tape the drywall joins and screws, before applying the bonder?

Thank you for your inquiry. If you are using traditional gypsum wallboard the joints need to be finished with joint compound and joint tape and the fasteners covered with joint compound before you apply Plaster Bonder and veneer plaster. Hope this helps.
