Why are the other 3 examples are rated 4 stars, and True Temper is only rated 3 stars?

Hello John, Thanks for reaching out. If you are referring to the other items shown in the comparison chart, they will have different feature sets. This particular unit has a manual hose guide where some of the others have a auto-track system which some find to be a helpful feature. Also, this is a plastic unit where some of our other units are steel construction which adds some weight to the unit. Good luck with your hose reel search.
