I don't understand what is a completer kit. Does not the railing kits include mounting hardware?


Hello, and thank you for your interest in Trex! Transcend Railing is a customizable railing line available in 7 color options, 3 baluster styles, and for horizontal or stair applications. Therefore to create your own rail & baluster kits you will order each component piece by piece. To complete a Trex Transcend horizontal railing section, you will need the following components (sold separately): post sleeve, post cap, post skirt, top rail, bottom rail and baluster packs.
