Can this material be painted? Let's say red?


Hello, and thank you for your interest in Trex! Trex decking boards can only be painted on the ends or the underside of the board. The composite shell that is on the top and sides cannot be painted as paint and stain will not adhere well to it. Thank you, Bradley, Trex Customer Care
