Yes, Titebond Advanced Polymer Panel Adhesive can be used to bond plastic laminate (Formica) to all countertop bases. If a press or vacuum press is available, Titebond Melamine Glue, Titebond Cold Press for HPL or even Titebond III can be used as a more cost effective alternative.
