Is there a UV inhibitor added to the material during the manufacturing process?? Does material contain a certain percent of regrind PVC? Fillers?


Good morning. Thank you for your question. Our AZEK Vintage Collection is advertised as predominately a PVC product The Core is a Cellular PVC that can include up to 50% recycled material. The Cap is an advanced proprietary polymer blend, which is designed to stand up to the harsh environment a deck may encounter, including UV rays from the sun and moisture. Please know that no wood is ever used in the core or cap of our AZEK deck boards.
