After this been installed in the ground, how high from the ground is the hanging loop ?

Rest assured this has been tested with many types of hoses and sizes--all of which have easily cleared the ground so it is not touching. The 150ft capacity is rated this way per the weight capacity of a standard 5/8in hose that this is capable of holding. Thanks for your question!
