Can this handle a 3/4” hose?

This Hose Reel is specifically designed and rated for a 5/8-inch garden hose. Technically, it can connect, but it’s not recommended. This reel is built for a 5/8-inch hose. Because a 3/4-inch hose is much thicker, you’ll likely only fit 60 to 75 feet of it before the cabinet gets too full to close. 3/4-inch hoses are heavier (especially when full of water). Over time, that extra weight can wear out the internal connections and the rewind handle faster than intended.
