My spacers will not snap together. I even tried pliers in case I just wasn't strong enough. In the video it looks like they should snap 2gether easily

Regarding spacers, gently slide the shelf on to them. They are easy to knock off when aligning the shelf.

Was this Answer Helpful ?When you slide the spacer into position it should find the groove in the post. When it does the spacer will seat and should hold itself in position until you slide the shelf into position. The groove on the post will not allow the plastic spacer slide up or down once the shelf is in place.
Was this Answer Helpful ?As you slide the two halves together, on the support polls, you will notice they catch on the groves in the polls. They do not snap together but are held in place by the weight of the shelf. They are smaller on one end to wedge into the support rings on the corners of the shelves.
