IS the product guaranteed to grow?

Rye and Fescue Seed only need soil to seed contact and proper water. Bermuda is different in that it needs to be incorporated into the soil. Whether it be raked into soil or a thin dressing of dirt spread on top of seed. Night time temperature should be around 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Soil should remain moist, but not wet. So, if you live further South and temps are hot this could mean short waterings in morning, mid day and Sunset. Most importantly, do not let newly sprouted seedlings to dry out because they will not come back. An Irrigation System will dramatically increase your odds, especially if you work during the day. Hose end sprinklers with a timer would definitely help as long as it sprays wherever you want seed germination. Diligence during germination is key or you're just throwing your money away.
