Can this wire be used for outside? It will be baried underground in gray pvc pipe. Its replace a main feed on a outside box into a panel inside.

As long as the wire is dual rated as THHN/THWN-2 it can be used underground in conduit, not PVC pipe. The conduit must have at least 18" of earth cover.
