Will it grow in cold weather?

Soil must be warm (70f) to germinate. Once established, it thrives in cooler weather. Must water frequently during hot summer days.

Monster, Yes it will grow in the cold. its best in pennsylvania, but it grows south west , north east , mid west, north west,.south west....that seems to be pretty much every where .
