How do I change to a clean roller?

To keep your hand clean put on a glove or use a grocery bag or baggie to cover your hand and then grasp the cover firmly and pull off toward the open end opposite the handle. It take a little force because we didn't want the cover to release unexpectedly but it will come off easily once it get's going. Then slip a new cover onto the frame.
