Can i put this on my basement wall first then put roll in insulation on top of this to keep it from molding?


No. The Reflectix would need to be installed after the other insulation is installed. You can put the Reflectix against the other insulation and then you need a 3/4 inch air space between Reflectix and what ever wall covering you would use. If you go to our website we have the installation instructions for using Reflectix on a masonry wall. www.reflectixinc.com
