No, the 8293 is for indoor, dry locations only. The Bell 5361-0 is a weatherproof box, that will accept light fixtures up to 6 LBS.

Thank you for your inquiry on the RACO ceiling pan. The answer is “NO”. The lamp holder mounts to this box and likely would not completely extend to cover it and provide a seal against the block wall. This box is not a weatherproof type box and is not suitable for wet locations.
