How warm must it be outside for this to set? Overnights will just kiss freezing for an hour or two tonight. How many hours does it take to cure?

The ideal placement temperature for QUIKRETE® Zip & Mix - FastSet™ Repair Mortar (No. 1241-15) is 70 ºF, but it may be placed at temperatures between 50 to 90 ºF. Below 50 ºF (but above 32 ºF), cold weather precautions must be taken to promote proper curing. These include, but are not limited to, the following: store the bagged mortar in a warm temperature before use, use warm (not hot) water to mix, and ensure that the mortar is protected from freezing for at least 3 hours using plastic sheeting, insulated blankets, or other means. If these preventive measures cannot be taken, it would be best to wait for warmer weather.
