Can this or used to patch missing parting areas on foundations and walls?

QUIKRETE® Zip and Mix – FastSet Repair Mortar is not recommended for patching parge coatings. For patching or repairing areas of missing parging over existing foundations or walls, you may consider using High Performance Cement by QUIKRETE® FastSet Stucco Patch (No. 1139-76). The repair area must be sound, clean, unsealed/uncoated, and free of dust, dirt, any loose debris, and any other potential bond breakers. When making repairs, getting a good color match can be difficult - we always recommend trialing a small quantity of the repair material in an inconspicuous area, and allowing it to cure for at least 24 hours to determine whether the color and overall appearance are acceptable before using the material in less discrete areas.
