No. Of course, all materials soften somewhat when heated, so a more complete answer is that it is as stable as commercial roadway asphalt.

Was this Answer Helpful ?I have applied in climate area with 70-100degF summer days. After fresh patching it will be soft. I use gravel dust to top it to speed up curing. After it is hard, maybe 2-3 months, then rock hard. If you are in Tucson, Az ... Everything melts.
