No. I Placed My Asphalt Patch Material Over Old Asphalt And The New Stuff Adhered To The Old Asphalt.

I do not recommend this product for this purpose. This product takes several months to skin over and will stay malleable and tacky for a long time and may never fully harden. Also, water will penetrate around the product. For the size of the area, I recommend an epoxy based asphalt repair product that is sand based and can be used over your existing surface.
