How do I get the head serviced? It is not plugged and it blows everything everywhere.

If the head isn't picking up it would definitely be clogged somewhere, or if you're trying to use it on hard floors it would work better with the brush roll off or using the included hard floor tool which came in your kit. The spinning brushroll tends to throw particles around on hard floors, so if you turn it off the suction will pick these things up. You could take the head to any vacuum repair center to have them check it out, but they wouldn't do this under warranty. To have it looked at under warranty we would need you to send the head into us to be checked out. Definitely sounds like it's clogged though which tends to happen right behind the brushroll. If you want to set up a warranty claim or have any other questions you can reach us directly at sales@proluxcleaners.com Thanks
