Purchased 2 including lowes installation.The part that grabs the bar to turn slats doesn't work,won't grab and turn. What's the part I need. No manual


Part is PS Vertical Blind Wand Control (aka wand tilt mechanism)- it was only available to Pro customers but I've ordered 2. Well under warranty but Lowes nor I could find a way to contact manufacturer which was the warranty remedy. Lowes and Aeon decided to send a tech to fix it. Scheduled.
