How to empty drip tray? I can’t seem to remove the drip tray. What am I doing wrong. Thanks.

Thank you for contacting us. To remove the tray, first block the door (using a foot or step stool) to keep it from moving. Then tightly grip the front of the tray and pull straight back from the dispenser. Some force may be required depending on how long the tray has been place. The tray and grid can either be hand washed or placed in a dishwasher (top rack).
