While the joints may connect to a piece located at the front of the drawer, a slider track generally is not utilized for drawer front or rear - again, slides are for sides. If you can re-express your question, perhaps there is some way I can assist you with exactly what you'll need to look for at Lowe's.

The blue square-shaped item mounts in the back of the cabinet above the ral as a drawer-stop. Install one of the red "saddle" pieces on the back of the door front so it slips over the indentations on the wooden rail. Install the second "saddle" piece on the rear of the drawer so if also slips over the wooden rail. You need both of them so the drawer will slide in and out in a straight line. If only one is used on the front, you run the risk of the drawer tipping down when it is opened. There are measured drawings and complete instructions in the kit.
