Two per package and I'm still looking where I can find the spacer

2 guides with fasteners are included in each package. Prime-Line Products does not carry a spacer designed for this guide, but you might consider using an M-6226 vinyl strip which can be easily cut and perforated to improvise if necessary. Search for M-6226 in www.lowes.com to view shower door sweep.
