Will this prevent wavy leaf basket grass seeds from terminating. Killing this weed with a weed killer but it is returning due to seeds, very invasive.

Currently we do not have any products that will work to control a very invasive weed like that. We would recommend contacting your Local County Cooperative Extension (which is a local college or university) or reputable garden center for advise/product recommendations to control/kill this weed.
