Is there a black seal on the inside of the lid to make it a true food grade bucket lid?

Hello Dizzle, our black easy-off lids are not considered food safe, not because of the lack of a gasket, but because the resin they are made from is not guaranteed to be food safe. The only food-safe lid we make for Lowe's is the white screw-top lid (search item# 960949). If the bucket or lid is food-safe, it will be clearly marked as such. Leaktite used a black and red sticker with a spoon, fork, and knife to designate food-safe material.
