Can this product be used under a concrete slab to insulate for radiant in floor heat?


No, this is not the right board for an under slab install. It is a type I which is only 10 psi. You need 25 psi or better for under slab or you will regret it later. So look for a type IV board or better and skip this 10 psi one for your slab.
