I purchased but the sprayer won’t shut off unless the water is off..why?


there is a screw on the back of the nozzle. When it is loose the nozzle will spray without the handle being pushed. tighten the screw and it should turn off. If you are still experiencing issues contact us at support.orbitonline.com and we can assist you
