Thumb control does not budge


Orbitirrigation's response is useless. Orbit support team can only process a warranty claim, for replacement (with the same stiff nozzle) or refund, if and only if you have receipts and photos of your Nozzles. They have no technical knowledge.

cant move the control on top to open or close nozzle on the orbit nozzle
