The first thing that comes to my mind is that it sounds like you are not draining all the water out of your nozzle before you store it or you are leaving it connected to the garden hose exposed to the elements along with allowing the water in the hose to keep moisture up inside the nozzle. If either situation describes you then you must first get all the water out of your nozzle before storing it even if it is only for a few days. Ex: You wash your car on Saturday and you are not going to use it again until next weekend then you will need to disconnect the nozzle from the hose, drain it by opening up the valve by either pulling the trigger or moving the lever and you will see water drain out of the nozzle. Then, gently shake the nozzle as if you were trying to get that last bit of water out of plastic water bottle with a small opening at the end. Water can lodge itself inside causing accelerated corrosion especially if you are using a nozzle that is using a small spring that allows the trigger plunger to rebound after being depressed to allow water flow. You can also use a good quality silicone to spray down inside the nozzle after each use to keep the rubber seal or spring lubricated. It doesn't require much silicone; just a touch so that when you hook up your water the next time you are not expelling an initial excessive amount of undesirable water/silicone lubricant mixture. I have used this process for years and all my nozzles have lasted a very long time. You will need to use the long red straw that attaches to the spray head to get down into the nozzle. You want to direct the silicone down inside where the valve pivots. If you have silicone running out of the nozzle in any areas you are using too much. If this is only occurring with a particular brand of nozzle and this has not occurred before and you are not doing anything any different and the above conditions do not apply to you then I would switch nozzles and try a different company/brand because the only time I know of premature failure similar to your description is when the product is just simply junk or the above conditions apply. Hope this helps.

As a preventative action moving forward, you may want to consider buying a filter, and storing your nozzle(s) somewhere protected from the weather, such as a garage. Either way, this nozzle has a lifetime warranty on it, and we'd be happy to send you replacements. Please contact our Support team at 1-800-488-6156. Thanks!
