Can this be placed on existing fake brick ?


Yes it can so long as the existing brick is level enough to allow the NextStone product to connect properly at the Finger Joints and the Screw Flang. If the NextStone product is not allowed to connect, this could cause the NextStone product to "jutt" out which would then require you to face screw at those locations.
