Why does Lowes have this in related items so employees tell customers that it is one of the recommended adhesives for Anatolia Tile Desert Quartz?


Thank you for your inquiry regarding MAPEI Products! We have no idea why Lowes employees would recommend the Mapei Type 1 Adhesive with either a natural stone or glass. As it states clearly on the bucket, Mapei does not recommend using the Type 1 with any natural stone, whether it be marble, tumbled stone, travertine, etc. It is also not recommended for us with glass tiles of any size or type.
