I am doing porcelain tiles with a row of glass tiles on my bathroom walls. Is this the proper product to use or should I used something else?

Thank you for your inquiry regarding MAPEI Products! No, you cannot use the Mapei Type 1 for glass tile installations. Mapei recommends using the Mapei Mosaic & Glass Tile Mortar for your design band in this application. If your porcelain tiles are larger than 15" or more on one side or more, Mapei recommends using the Mapei Large Format Floor and Wall Tile Mortar for the entire installation.. If your porcelain tiles are smaller than 15" or less on one side or more, Mapei recommends using the Mapei Porcelain Tile Mortar for the entire installation. Hope this helps! Thank you!
