If installing this product on an exterior wall, does it require a vapor barrier? If not, can it be installed with a vapor barrier anyway?

For reference, the installation document for this panel may be reviewed here - https://lpcorp.com/resources/product-literature/installation-instructions/lp-multi-use-panel-installation-guidelines - The LP Multi-Use Panel can be used on outdoor projects such as dog houses, chicken coops, planter boxes and garbage bin holders, as well as indoor projects like garage-shed-basement interior liners and wainscoting-man cave treatments. It is not intended to be used as siding for any residential or accessory buildings that require a permit. This being noted, installation as an exterior sheathing in conjunction with a vapor barrier will not impede performance of this panel.
