Is Loctite red waterproof? Need to secure a nut and bolt on a boat bottom.


Thank you for your question. When using Loctite Threadlocker Red 271, all parts must be clean and dry prior to application. After 24 hours the parts can be submerged. This product cannot be applied under water.
