LG WashTower Gas Stacked Laundry Center with 4.5-cu ft Washer and 7.4-cu ft Dryer (ENERGY STAR)
I just did my first load. It shakes and wobbles that it actually moved a bit from its initial placement position. How do I prevent this?

Thank you for your interest in the LG Single Unit Front Load LG WashTower™ with Center Control™ 4.5 cu. ft. Washer and 7.4 cu. ft. Gas Dryer (WKG101HWA) model. To prevent your LG WKG101HWA washing machine from shaking and wobbling, follow these simple steps: 1. Check for Leveling: Place your hands on diagonal corners of the washer and try to rock it. Adjust the leveling feet until the washer is level. 2. Remove Shipping Bolts: Make sure the shipping bolts, which hold the tub in place during shipping, are removed. These can cause noise and vibration if not removed. 3. Inspect Shock Absorbers: Check the shock absorbers inside the washing machine. If they are low on grease or filling, they may cause shaking. Make sure the machine is placed on a flat surface to prevent shaking due to improper leveling. 4. Reduce Unbalanced Loads: Avoid washing heavy items, unbalanced mixed loads, or bulky items like comforters. Instead, balance the load to reduce vibration during the wash cycle.
