Is the detergent drawer supposed to pop open? Sometimes the drawer is open at the end of a cycle but sometimes it stays closed.


The detergent drawer for the ENERGY STAR® Certified LG Agitator Smart Compatible 5.3-cu Ft Top-Load Washer ( Matte Black) Model # WT8405CB is not "supposed to pop open". If it is popping open, then either the inserts have not been properly secured within the drawer or it has not been slid securely back into the washer so it does not pop open...^Ivan.
