Is the washer supposed to be loud? I can hear it in every room in the house.

To minimize vibration, noise and unwanted movement, the floor must be a level, solid surface. Ensuring the unit is level is very important. Noises you may hear that are associated with normal operation include clicking, spraying/hissing, water sloshing, water being added after the cycle has begun, rattling/clacking, thumping, vibration, squeaking and banging when the washer is filling with water.
