The door is obviously on the front of the unit. Please explain what you mean top load.


The specifications for the LG 7.3 cu. Ft. Ultra Large Capacity Rear Control Electric Dryer with AI Sensing and ThinQ® Smart Features, Model # DLE8200W, list the Door Load Type as Top Load for this dryer which is a little misleading in that it implies that the dryer loads from the top, but ALL dryers technically use a front-facing door but traditionally, the term top load dryer is used for laundry pairs with a top load washer. Likewise, front load washer and dryer pairs use matching side-swing doors, and the dryers occasionally feature reversible doors...^Ivan.
