Hello! For KitchenAid® Wall Oven model KOEC730SPS please see page 10 of the Owner's Manual for the electrical information. Models rated from 7.3 to 9.6 kW at 240 V (6.3 to 8.3 kW at 208 V) require a separate 40 A circuit. Models rated from 4.9 to 7.2 kW at 240 V (4.3 to 6.2 kW at 208 V) require a separate 30 A circuit.
