Does this stuff stick to its self at all after installation, or could air movement from attic vents blow it around?

No, this insulation type is blown-in or loose fill. You will need to rent a machine to be able to properly install the Attic Protector in your attic and there is a possibility of fibers in the air during this process. Vents that are in the ceiling/roof of the attic should not be powerful enough to blow the insulation around.
