Can this be used on the outside of the house to connect two cables exposed to the weather?

Rosco if you use compression coax connectors that are rated for outdoor yes you could use it to splice the cable. However most guys would tell you to run a new line instead if possible. good luck Ron at ron.kipper@idealindustries.com
