CAT6 Feed-Thru connectors are single piece connectors that use the same assembly process, no special assembly or multiple pieces for CAT6. Open-end Feed-Thru connectors offer several advantages over standard closed end connectors. Conductor order can be verified prior to crimping. Conductors that Feed-Thru the connector are inserted far enough to be pierced by the pin below. The cable can be pushed or pulled into the connector to ensure that the twisted pairs are as close to the pin contacts as possible and that the jacket is seated beyond the primary strain relief for a secure connection. A patent pending design enables conductors to be cut flush with the end face of the connector when used with the FT-45™ tool.

IDEAL   10 -Pack Cat6 RJ45 Modular plug

Our newest member of the Feed-Thru family of products is specifically designed to handle the challenges faced with field termination of shielded cables. The CAT6A/6/5e connector is made to work with cables - shielded or unshielded, that have larger insulated conductor diameters that typically will not fit into a standard in-line modular plug design. Utilizing a unique conductor and pin stagger pattern, the single-piece design helps to funnel the conductors through the connector and out of the Feed-Thru end. No load bars or multi-piece assemblies are required. The connector is then terminated with the FT-45 Crimp Tool. No adjustments or blade changes are required to the FT- 45 to use this connector. The connector is designed for thicker 0.04-in through 0.048-in insulated conductors, typically found in CAT6A, CAT6, and CAT5e shielded cables. Shield continuity can be made internally by folding the cable foil over the jacket and making contact with the inside of the connector walls or externally by wrapping the cable drain wire around the base of the jacket strain relief clip. The jacket strain relief clip is pre-positioned in the up-position so cable insertion is simplified. The pre-formed clip can be closed and crimped with a standard needle nose or plier-nose device like the IDEAL 33-719 or other IDEAL T-strippers wire strippers.

The IDEAL RG-6 BNC compression plugs offer great RF performance. Rated to 75-ohms for video applications. Requires a compression tool to install.

IDEAL   2 -Pack Nickel Push-on BNC

Use the 3 GHz BNC splice adapter to extend coaxial cable runs for CCTV and other video applications using BNC connectors. The adapter joins two shorter length cables into a longer cable without having to install a new cable. The BNC adapter is a high performance product rated for operation up to 3 GHz. The nickel plated, brass body has a gold plated round contact pin for low signal loss. Designed for 75Ω coaxial cables. Both ends of the BNC adapter are female ports. Male BNC plugs mate with each end of the adapter.

IDEAL keystone jacks are high performance modular jack connectors designed to exceed the CAT6 requirements of ANSI/TIA-568-C.2 giving installers the ability to use these products in residential and commercial installations for applications such as Gigabit Ethernet. All jacks feature a robust internal printed circuit board design used to help reduce NEXT (near-end cross talk) and improve RF performance at higher frequencies. The IDC tower design and layout help to simplify and speed up the wiring and termination process. Tapered tower tops help to separate each pair into the individual IDC slot without the need to untwist each pair. This allows pairs to easily maintain the recommended maximum of 1/2 in of untwisting per pair from the cable jacket. Twisted pairs stay together. With the PCB design, each color pair is terminated side by side, in a consistent pattern. Less time spent untwisting, separating and routing individual conductors to the IDC contacts.

IDEAL   Zinc 4-way coax Video Cable Splitter

High performance 2.4 GHz digital splitters are used for splitting a single coax into up to 4 lines. These splitters are designed for applications that operate in the 5 MHz to 2.4 GHz range, which include: satellite, digital/HD cable TV, broadcast (over the air) TV, CCTV and other general purpose coaxial cable splitting requirements. All ports on the 2.4 GHz splitters are power pass enabled. This allows any of the ports to be used to pass power from the satellite set top box to the satellite dish or multi-switch. All splitters include an internal printed circuit board design inside of a nickel plated zinc die cast housing which helps to improve overall splitter performance in return loss, insertion loss and port-to-port isolation measurements, resulting in a stronger, cleaner signal with more protection from outside signal interference. All 2.4 GHz splitters have a solid, sealed body for improved EMT/fir performance and a standoff design which allows cables to be routed behind the splitter for tight installations. Machine formed threads on the F ports allow for smooth connector mating. Splitters include a grounding screw port for attaching ground wires and two user accessible mounting holes.
